My country is not currently available on you shipping list. How can I purchase?

In case your country is not included in the shipping list yet, kindly reach out to us via email or Instagram for more infor.

Can I change my shipping address or cancel the order?

In case your order has not been shipped yet we can change the information or cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any changes.

How do I check my order status?

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email with tracking number to let you know that your order is on its way.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Not all items can be restocked. we are somtimes able to restock seasonal items. Popular items are typically restocked based on demand and supply availability. However, we recommend that you buy your favorite products early without deley because the restock takes time.

How do I receive the annoucement about your new items?

What payment methods are accepted?
