Shipping process - at a lance
1, Order placed: After placing your order, you will see an order confirmation screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email shortly afterward
2, Order preparation: Orders are usually prepared and packaged within 3–5 business days. (However, if your order includes pre-order items, processing and production times may be longer).
3, Transfer to Our Shipping Partner: After your order is packed, we will hand it over to our shipping partner. The package is typically dispatched internationally within 1 business day.
4, Tracking order: Once your order has been shipped internationally, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link within 1–2 business days.
4, Estimated Delivery Time: For EU countries: 12-15 business days, for Asia countries: 10-12 business days.
